A range of organic breads featuring the products of skilled local millers. We buy a number of flours from Jonathan Cook at Foster’s Mill in Swaffham Prior. Jon sources his grain from local farmers so if you want traceability he can probably point out the field where your grain was grown on a map! James Waterfield has brought the Maud Foster Mill in Boston, Lincs back into operation and grinds our whole rye flour and is responsible for the Malted Four Grain blend.
