A local loaf for Cambridge!  Wheat grown at Wimpole Hall Farm, milled at Fosters Mill in Swaffham Prior and baked by CobsBakery.  A brown sourdough – the first of a new generation of local loaves.

Wholewheat and sourdough breads have a low-GI.  Low-GI foods keep you feeling full and energised for longer after eating and also encourage the body to burn fat.
